• Location data (when you search for or check in to Workspaces, if location services are enabled).

C. Information From Employers and Workspaces

• Employers may provide employee names, company affiliation, and membership details.
• Workspaces may confirm check-in activity.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for:

• Providing, operating, and improving the Platform.
• Authenticating Users and securing accounts.
• Processing payments and managing memberships.
• Facilitating Workspace access and verifying check-ins.
• Providing Employers with aggregated employee usage reports.
• Responding to support requests and inquiries.
• Sending important updates about the Platform, terms, or policies.
• Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Sharing

We share information only as necessary:

• With Workspaces: Employee name, affiliated Employer, and check-in/reservation data for visits to their locations.
• With Employers: Employee usage and check-in data tied to their membership.
• With Service Providers: Third parties who help us operate the Platform (e.g., Stripe for payments, hosting providers, analytics services). These providers may only process data on our behalf and must protect it.
• For Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or government requests.
• In Business Transfers: If Zentry Pass Inc. undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to:

• Authenticate users.
